Domestic cleaning rented properties is also known as “End of Tenancy” cleaning, this is provided by Pinnacle Property Services, at reasonable prices to suit busy Landlords and Tenants. If you would like to book this service then please contact us, giving reasonable notice and letting us know the general condition of the property prior to our arrival.

It would help by presenting us with clear photographs of the property if, it’s in a poor domestic condition as it may require a team of cleaners, depending on the size of the property and the task at hand. 

Our affordable tenancy cleaning prices are, consistent and great value for money as they are competitive for the level of experience our cleaners are able to provide, when cleaning your property. Pinnacle Property Services will supply all our professional staff with quality cleaning equipment, brooms, hoovers, mops and products at no extra cost to the Agent/Landlord or Tenant.

All cleaning materials will be supplied by Pinnacle Property Services at no extra cost regardless if we use two bottles of bleach or five. Our aim is to return your property back to you into a clean, living environment ready for new Tenants. Where we sometimes use independant contractors for carpets and appliances, a minium of 48 hours notice would be reuired to ensure that the availabilty can be met.  All works are guaranteed by Pinnacle Property Services. 

After Builder Cleaning

After builder cleans £20 an hour

(Minimum 4 hours )

One off clean rates £20.00 an hour

(minimum of 4 hours)

Regular House cleaning £18 an hour (currently only in a few areas)

(This will cover any weekly or fortnightly contracts and a minimum of four hours)

For our domestic cleaning services we charge £20 an hour and offer this service on a minimum of 4 hours

A check list of our services is as follows:-

Room Cleaning

Cleaning and polishing of all cupboards and draws, removal of surface marks, stains and dust.

Cleaning of all skirting boards, doors and door frames, window sills and light switches & fittings

Cleaning of any fireplaces and surrounds.

Washing and cleaning of all windows internal.

Cleaning of all stair ways, bannisters, mirrors, blinds and radiators

Hoovering of all carpeted areas

Kitchen Cleaning

Clean hob, oven, trays and extractor hood – Additional Cost to be negotiated.

Wash down all cupboards inside and outside

Clean and polish all work surfaces

Remove (where possible) lime scale from sinks and draining areas.

Mop all Floors with tile or Lino floor coverings

Bathroom Cleaning

Clean Bath/shower area and sink

Disinfect and clean toilet, removing any stains where possible

Wipe down wall tiled areas

Clean all bathroom fittings ( Mirrors, Soap Dispenser, Tooth Brush Holder)

Wipe and polish any vanity cabinets

Mop Floors
