Carpet Cleaning is offered by Pinnacle Property Services seven days a week. Pinnacle Property Services offer many different types of cleaning services throughout London and Kent. We clean hard floors, vinyl floors, carpets and rugs all at competitive prices to suit tenants as well as Landlords and Letting agents.  We understand the importance of getting a property ready for an inspection, a property sale or for incoming tenants.

Pinnacle Property Services professional carpet cleaning cleaners all have their own insurance. They have all gone through the stringent criminal records bureau checks (Disclosure and barring)  and they are all qualified professionals.

If you have stains on carpets or rugs then do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can help you resolve the issue you have. We have cleaners in and around the London and Kent areas on a daily basis so should you require our services then a short notice call-out is possible. Cleaning properties at the end of tenancy is a very popular service that we offer as we are very competitive, so please give us a call to book a cleaner in advance as this popular service requires early booking to avoid disappointment.

The reason why we need an early booking is because we need to provide your property with the right amount of cleaners to finish the job in a timely manner.

Please note that apartment/flat properties which are split level are charged at an extra £40 per property on top of the prices displayed above, this is mentioned beforehand to avoid any dispute. We do not provide carpet cleaning in flats where there are no lift access due to insurance purposes.

If the Pinnacle Property Services carpet cleaning team require a parking permit for the service property, then whether paid for in advance or whether required on the day of service by meter, this is the responsibility of the letting agent, landlord or tenant to provide our cleaning staff.

The prices advertised  above are for weekday carpet cleaning services only. Please add an extra Weekend cleaning services cost of an extra £39 on Saturday and £59 on a Sunday in addition to the prices above.
